1. What we collect
Saavan processes the minimum data needed to work: server and channel IDs for active music sessions, and command usage for debugging and abuse prevention. We don't read message content outside of commands sent to the bot.
2. How we use it
Data is used to operate music playback, keep queues in sync per server, and monitor uptime and performance shown on the Status page.
3. What we don't do
We don't sell data to third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Retention
Session data (queues, playback state) is cleared shortly after a session ends. Aggregate usage stats are kept longer to track bot health over time.
5. Your controls
Removing Saavan from a server stops all data collection for that server. You can request deletion of any retained data through our support server.
